Sockeye Salmon $6.99 a pound at Target

This week Target stores with groceries have Wild Caught Alaskan Sockeye Salmon on sale for $6.99/lb. It is great grilled, broiled and poached.  Sockeye also makes a great gravlax which is super easy to make and usually costs somewhere in the neighborhood of $20.00/lb.
